Invoice details (MSME, terms, signature)

Further down Settings, Invoice details controls what every sales invoice prints:

  • MSME (Udyam) registration number and Category (Micro / Small / Medium) — printed in the invoice header. The number looks like UDYAM-GJ-22-0110208. Leave blank if you aren't registered.
  • Default terms & conditions — new invoices start with this text; you can still change it on each invoice.
  • Export invoices in foreign currency — choose whether to show the currency, exchange rate and INR equivalent.
  • Authorised signature — click Upload picture and choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of your signature.
  • Books locked up to — shows the date before which entries can no longer be changed.
