Move from Zybra
Import parties, items with stock, and your full invoice history from Zybra Excel exports.
Where to find it: Header → Import / Export → Import from ZybraOpen in app
Import
- 1In Zybra, export the Parties, Items and Invoices reports to Excel.
- 2In SelloraBook open Import / Export → Import from Zybra.
- 3Click Choose the Excel files, select all of them, and click Start import.
- 4Watch the progress. You can Stop after this batch and later click Continue import to carry on where it left off.
- 5When done, review What was imported and anything marked Worth a look, and click Download full report for your records.
Tip: Imported invoices don't change your stock — the Items file already holds today's stock. If Zybra used the same invoice number twice in a year, the later one gets a suffix, since GST allows each number only once.
