Import customers and suppliers from Tally
Bring Sundry Debtors and Creditors across with GSTIN, address and opening balance.
Where to find it: Header → Import / Export → Import from TallyOpen in app
Import from Tally
- 1In Tally, go to Export → Masters, choose XML format and save the file. Menu names differ slightly between Tally versions.
- 2In SelloraBook open Import / Export → Import from Tally.
- 3Tick Bring in opening balances if you want what each customer owes you and what you owe each supplier.
- 4Click Choose the XML file and select the exported file.
- 5When it's done, click View customers or View vendors to check.
Tip: Only ledgers under Sundry Debtors and Sundry Creditors are imported. Anyone already in SelloraBook with the same GSTIN, mobile or name is skipped, not duplicated.
