Understanding the Dashboard
What each Dashboard card means — sales, cash flow, GST countdown, receivables and more.
Where to find it: DashboardOpen in app
The cards at a glance
- GST filing countdown — days left until GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are due for the current period, plus your Estimated net GST payable. Click Open GST returns to see the detail.
- Cash flow forecast — money expected in and out over the next 30 days from open invoices and bills, by due date.
- Needs attention — unread notifications, overdue invoices and products low on stock. If all is well it says “Nothing needs attention right now.”
- Sales / Purchases — this month so far compared with the same point last month, with last month's full total.
- Receivables / Payables — what customers owe you and what you owe vendors, with the overdue part shown separately.
- Collections health — Days sales outstanding (how long customers take to pay) and Days payable outstanding (how long you take to pay), over the last 90 days.
- Invoice status — counts of draft, overdue, unpaid-not-due and paid invoices.
- Inventory — products at or below their reorder level. Click Open inventory to restock.
- Plan usage — users, invoices this month and products against your plan's limits.
- Top customers / vendors / products and Margin leaderboard — your biggest relationships and best-earning products over the last 90 days.
- Recent activity — the latest changes made in your account.
Tip: A dash (—) or “Not enough data yet” simply means there aren't enough invoices or bills yet. The cards fill in as you start billing.
