Payroll settings: PF, ESI, PT and tax slabs
Set statutory rates, ceilings and income-tax slabs — editable when the law changes.

Configure statutory deductions
- 1Tick Enable Provident Fund (EPF) and check the Employee %, Employer %, Admin charge % and Wage ceiling ₹. Untick the ceiling cap to contribute on full basic.
- 2Tick Enable ESI and check the rates and Wage threshold ₹ — ESI applies only to employees whose monthly gross is at or below it.
- 3Tick Enable professional tax and enter your state's PT slabs (not every state has PT).
- 4Choose the Default tax regime and check the standard deduction and Income-tax slabs used for TDS on salary.
- 5Click Save.
